Purpose: personal application review for the 2027 waiting list. Email codes confirm access to a mailbox. The photo code supports personal review of people and images. There is no automated face recognition, body scoring or admission decision.

Information is stored encrypted. Photographs and personal responses are restricted to authorised admission reviewers. Other guests have no access. Application details and photographs are not sent by email.

Application information and intimate responses are processed on your explicit consent. You may reserve intimate details for a conversation. Identity and contact details, planning information, the code photograph and consents are required for this application procedure.

Retained no later than 2028-01-31. Declined or blocked application documents are deleted within 30 days. Reapplication is possible after one year following rejection and is prohibited after a block. A protected reference to each verified email, without photographs or answers, remains until the rejection period ends or indefinitely for a block, including after withdrawal. The personal status link allows withdrawal and deletion of the active joint application data, ending it for both applicants in a legacy joint submission. Use the privacy contact for access, correction, restriction, portability and erasure requests. Recovery backups must be removed according to the operational deletion cycle; withdrawal does not retroactively invalidate prior processing.

The protected application form is hosted through Linevast. Connection information is processed for delivery and abuse prevention; email is handled through the configured No71House mail service. You may complain to the competent data protection authority.

Separate couple applications are linked for review only after both partners enter each other’s references. This does not grant access to the other person’s answers, photos or private status link. Withdrawal deletes your own application and removes the link. Recommendation codes identify the recommending member internally; that member receives no application details or decision information.
